LibertyFilter is an aggregator of freedom-focused bloggers, with some original content of its own as well. Great way to keep up on current happenings (good and bad) regarding our rights. Note, however, not much actual filtering seems to occur.
OK, so now we have DailyKos for the liberals, RedState for the conservatives, OSMPajamas for the neo-cons, and truthdig for the progressives, and libertyfilter for the libertarians. Everybody happy?

Ah, libertarianism... capitalism, but without the safety net.
I'd like a libertarian to explain to me how what they want is really different from what a lot of people in government and the international trade bodies want.

I could sit here and make up derisive names for liberals, or we could actually talk about our belief systems and how they might work. For my case, I point you to a simplistic introduction to libertarianism, The Philosophy of Liberty. It starts with a simple premise (you own your body) and derives a system of rights.
For the most part, my complaint with left-leaning folk is how oddly trusting of governmental systems they are. We discuss here on a daily basis how many things governments are doing wrong, yet many of you wish we had more of it. I'd like to have an intelligent discussion about this here some time, but it seems like most would rather dismiss it.
