wumpus: Go here. Click the "download" button on the right. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "ThinkingInC-Beta2.zip". Easy as pie.

Thanks for this, srboisvert.

C, excellent efficient language.
C++, the cause of all the obesely bloated software of the past decade.

If it's a flash file, why can't they just stick it on the bloody webpage? Only someone who's been thinking in C for too long could have such a convoluted process for downloading a tutorial :^)

Because it's 90mb or so zipped.
Even without having the file on the page, it looks like his page is borked (not totally, just v. sluggish).

Can you imagine how long the site would hold up if he had it on the page? His site is already linked here on Metafilter. Given it's technical nature, getting slashdotted is just as likely if it hasn't already happened.

It's a 90 MB file, which more or less excuses the dubious process (I initially wondered why it wasn't just hosted on the web somewhere as well). A torrent would be great though.
