Wow. Kicking someone when he is down is generally a bad thing; however, when that someone is a large corporation involved in previous attempts of claiming trademark infringement on something dated earlier than itself, I say kudos.

it is not revenge.
eToys has tried to have legal fun with Etoy trademarks lately.

they had been warned by Etoy.LAWYERS, and Etoy.SHAREHOLDERS voted legal action.
