Ah-nuld for Guv?

Ah-nuld for Guv? Right on the heels of Mr. Schwarzenegger musing on his political future the (left-wing controlled?) press reveals all his dirty laundry. Coinicidence? You tell me...
I thought marrying Chinzilla was his most embarrassing scandal.

Golly. More left-wing conspiracies! We ought not reveal anything about a potential candidate for office, ever....what he seems tohave done is not much compared to what so many others, already in office have done, and certainly will not hurt his chances if he decides to run.
I hope he runs, and like that earlier actor, becomes governor and then our president. Has he served in anyone's army? Doesn't matter in any case? But his marriage to a known Democrat might bring yells from the GOP. Arnie has my vote. At least he is not an MBA or lawyer.

Ah-nuld was born in Austria. Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution:
No person except a natural born citizen ... shall be eligible to the office of President ...
Too bad though. If the idea of President Ah-nuld sends most lefties into the same conniption fits as it does Postroad, it might not be such a bad idea. ;)

Doesn't anybody remember Demolition Man? He'll be so popular they'll amend the Constitution!

What about the right-wing conspiracy theory? Perhaps this article is just an early maneuver to get his dirty laundry out in the open before he announces.
Me, I'll never forget the article -- Rolling Stone, maybe? Hunter? -- about a wild ride along with Arnold on a typical day. He joked about he and the author getting "plo chobs" from practically every woman they met. Actually, the author was pretty sure he wasn't joking. Yes, he was married to Maria at the time.

I'd forgotten I blogged this a while back: Conan the Republican has already considered the possibility of an amendment. "Well, you'd have to redo the Constitution," he says, "but they've had so many amendments that it's not really a problem."

As a California resident, and a leftie, I'd vote for him. I disagree with everything he stands for, and I think he's probably a boorish jackass. But if electing him governor means that he'll stop making movies, I'm willing to lean in and take one for the team.

You don't remember it either. Demolition Man was the one with Stallone, Snipes, Sandra Bullock, and Denis Leary. No Arnold to be seen.

I remember Demolition Man quite well, including the scene in which Lenina Huxley (the Sandra Bullock character) tells John Spartan (the Stallone character) that Schwarzenegger had been elected president at some point in their past (our future).
So nyaah.

Besides, the magazine doesn't even touch on the actor's most embarrassing scandal.
