"What would appear to be a mere biological necessity creates a scandal"

You: a man with incredibly bad gas. Location: A busy street. Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Fart without the man next to you noticing. Because scatological humor is timeless.

Well that's me, but I don't read Korean.

Just click the game-like image to start; it's pretty easy to figure out the gameplay with a bit of trial and error.

Genius idea, needs bonuses, combos and an increasing difficulty level. I ended the last game only because I got bored.

Be careful when you try this in the elevator tomorrow. Overly assiduous attempts at fart concealment can easily lead to the dreaded shart.

This game rules!

Excretion is a universal characteristic of the human; as such, its existence approaches the ontological.

Deep.

I hope people don't start farting all over this thread.

not that we'd notice

FWIW, now that I actually played it once: how refreshing that the end-game is simply the two players looking at each other, calmly acknowledging the transgression but being too blase to actually remark upon it.

I was anticipating a violent or disgusting end. American, born and raised.

I just farted and none of you noticed!

So, I've been playing a game?

Next up: Crop dusting. How many people can you leave in your wake as you walk down the hall and let loose?

I just did this while standing next to a friend as we were about to cross Bleeker Street here in New York. He had nary a clue that I passed a 'silently but deadly!'

So what does pushing left do, and how do I do it in real life?

I just farted Shakespeare.

I love that when you lose, you don't get to make a quick escape. You must endure The Look.

This game is counterintuitive, it would be so much better if you had to continually press on the space bar to hold the gas, and vice versa.
posted by Dataphage at 7:04 PM on February 28, 2007

The space bar literally says "ttongpangu" - a Wet One, in other words. Save that for when you really need it!

This game could be my life.

If I cared about people hearing me fart.

Oh, god, this is soooooo Korean, I can't even tell you - the signs in the background, the way the ajushi is dressed and even the way he slouches in his attempt at fart-containment. (Not to mention the entire theme.)

Absolutely fantastic 100% yes.
