Either the word beautiful or or the the word music does not fit in the description of the output of this thing although annoying fits someplace

I second mms's comment. And I usually like weird ass musical stuff that annoys the shit out of other people (Aphex Twin for example). Isn't this pretty much a dumbed down version of fruity loops or reason, just displayed with 3D animation?

Why does it just randomly decide not to play the notes I've highlighted? Is a random play mode and a random sequence generation not enough? Feh.

Nifter! I think I just recreated an Aphex Twin tune.
It does sound like SAW I Aphex, doesn't it?

I made a slight fix to your popcorn song CitrusFreak12. But with this one you have to slide the BPM all the way up or it sounds really slow.

Why can't I crank this puppy up to 120bpm???
If I could just get a few dozen of these going at the same time, it'd be almost as good as a midi player circa last millenium.

I for one welcome and like it. Not everyone has fruityloops and besides there it won't do this whole random pattern thing. The chime itself is very nice. But it takes 100% cpu! When I opened a second on it crashed opera.. Other than that, neat plus-plus.

22359-20817-12631-20817-20817-22385 is a pretty slammin' riff.

Addendum: I'm neither tonally nor rythmically inclined.
Also, This one lets you go up to 250 bpm.

It can not, but that is not the only reason to like it.

This would be more interesting if the sequencing were perfectly timed. As it is on my machine there are mild random delays that screw up the beat.

Made my day, especially the idea of loading it up in more than one tab of Firefox. I like that the time lags on it a little bit. It adds a touch of randomness to it.

Generative sounds more like music when you use a nice percussive sound and reverb. But before long, like parents everywhere, you're waiting for the batteries to wear out.

Fun, but annoyingly laggy. It would also be better if it was just 12 beats so you get all polyrythmic.
