Whoa... whatever it is, I've had to pick my jaw up off the floor a coupla times. Beautiful. My mind is struggling with just appreciating versus trying to figure out what the heck they are.

Second link is apparently flower petals (and other plant parts) embedded in ice. The first link... well, some of it looks like iron filings piled via magnet, and some of it looks like bouillon cubes frosted with bellybutton lint. Your guess is as good as mine on that one. At any rate the guy makes some interesting micrographs.
