"Long River High Sky" is a collaborative performance by Alonzo King's Lines Ballet and the monks of the Shaolin Temple USA.
A couple of years ago The Crucible in Oakland hosted a performance of Romeo & Juliet, A Fire Ballet, which included ballet, capoeira, wushu and fire-breathing. I wish I could have seen it.

Damn, the video from the first link looked exactly as ridiculous as I feared it would. I'm pretty hep with the wushu and the ballet too, but I still have yet to see a performance that didn't just try to mash the two together with duct tape and hope for the best.
