Mastermind: World Conquerer puts you in the role of the evil Mastermind, supergenius bent on destroying* the world. A great ending and some hilarious dialogue make this game a gem. Hey, it's Friday in Australia by now, right? (via jig)
* Destroying is conquering. It's true. I looked it up.

yeah, I was kinda hoping for a bearded guy sat behind a desk with his oriental assistant by his side.

Actually I was hoping for Magnus Magnusson. But there you go, Iceland is having some hard times right now.

The game is automatically saved after you overcome each notoriety checkpoint. Unfortunately, there is a bug where you remain permanently at alert, even after all the attackers have been cleared. I found out that if this happens, your game will no longer be autosaved. In that case, you might want to just quit and restart the game.

The writing is funny but damn the UI is annoying. Windows telling me to click on windows that they just popped on top of, no way to stop and take a bit of my dessert or go get a drink. SLOW DOWN AND LET ME READ IT

If you get automatically at alert, just build a new hideout, and evacuate to it. It's pretty awesome, although you can get through and "win" pretty quickly.
I always did kind of want to take over the world.

Oh man, I played it, and was like "meh, too easy to beat" and then the end came and wow totally worth it.
I am looking forward to mucking about with it again.
I am also hankering for Frisky Dingo

The end is definitely worth it, too bad the Moonbase is completely overpowering.
