Whenever someone in our house is hungry, the person will point to his/her mouth and meow.

Yay! The chattering, the batting, the walking on tiptoes ... love it!

One of our family cats that becomes very interested in the small flying "toys" will usually end up eating them in crunchy delight.

The newspaper bit was both adorable and spot on.

thanks... I love these..... I would pay money for a new one every day! And the people around me would appreciate the smiling individual it would create... as it is, I'm only happy about once a year when Simon's Cat has a new adventure.

I like that I am watching this clip while ignoring my actual cat scrambling around the apartment behind me
little bastard's probably just ensuring I find kitty litter in bizarre spots

Aw, Xoebe, I'm sorry! What an awesome name for a cat, too.

oh, simon's cat is the best!
for the first time my gentleman-friend is living with cats (we have three fosters right now) and he is just realizing the horrible life of early-morning yowling, trifecta centipede-hunting, running over every available surface in the house, face-kneading and, of course, the joys of air-locking two doors.

I don't know where to post this; etiquette wise it probably belongs somewhere like MetaTalk.
The good Doctor appeared on the front porch last night (Sunday). He was unharmed, but clearly rattled, exhausted, and very hungry!
Sorry for the false alarm. I was sure he had been taken, I actually chased a coyote out of the side yard that night after hearing thrashing, crashing, and a yowl; the dogs were going nuts, giving us their coyote alarm. I figured the one that I saw had a partner who got away with the cat.
All three cats are safe and accounted for. Thanks.

I am now posting this with a cat on my lap: he's trying to figure out where the meows are coming
from.
I will say that cat butts make it very hard to use the Macbook trackpad.

The bit where the claw gets caught in the curtain? Yeah, that really cracked me up. My guys are always getting snagged.
