I thought the Adam and Eve one needed more shame. But, then, my father is a minister. Strangely, I though the Betty Boop one needed less shame....

These are great! I want each and every one of them. Except the Betty Boop one, that's creepy. But then, Betty Boop is always creepy *shudder*

I love the music for Los Zapatos de Charlie Chaplin, anyone know what it is? As for the rest, once you have seen about 10 seconds, you've seen enough. The toys are interesting enough, but I would have much rather seen a grand tour of 10 toys at a time.

These are simple and cute, but I've always been amazed by the detail and articulation of master Victorian-era automata. More at Automatomania. This one is especially amazing, a life-size, pre-animatronic design that's firmly enough in the uncanny valley to freak me the heck out. Reminds me of this creepy TV show.

The Betty Boop one is really creepy. Most of the rest are cute- I like the jump-roping boxer.

I thought having Adam & Eve driven by a worm gear made for a nice visual/mechanical pun.
