I saw exactly this same thing once when I tried to juggle three tack hammers.
I'm fine now, thank you.

I'm just wondering how you found that. I loved the part where the tears come out of the girl's eyes. Touching. Truly touching.

Makes me wish that I remembered some French from my college days. Actually, it's probably better that I don't.

I second dogmatic (regarding descriptions). It's the considerate thing to do.

While the surfing Yeltsin nearly made it, I still wanted a higher weirdness quotient.

'a description would be nice'
If it led to something that wasn't beyond description you'd have a case, but as it is, the one i gave is fine. I find it hard to believe that anyone could be so BLAND as to stroll into the trippyness of everyone elses entertaining comments with a whining moan and self-link to their metatalk thread created especially for the occasion dogmatic.. and all because i committed the heinous crime of [gasp.. shock... horror..] not supplying a description!.
'a working link, too'
Go and clean your mouse, moaning-arse.

I second Kino's defense of not giving a description. If you need your MetaFilter World so neat and tidy and controlled, maybe you should go find something better to do.

Kino:
(1) Your post violated standard practice for front page links. Matt doesn't explicitly state it in the posting guidelines, he does suggest using previous posts as a guide. I look down the Mefi home page and every other post includes descriptive link text and a description.
Standard practices are important for a site like this, and it's in every member's interest to attempt to keep such posts in check.
(2) There's nothing wrong with a user posting a link to a MetaTalk thread he created in regards to the current thread, in fact that's what you're supposed to do.
(3) Your reaction is out of hand. Just relax. There is no reason to resort to personal insults like "moaning-arse".

Funny vid -- thanks Kino! We really ought to have a classification for insane Flash vids ... even though they don't really encourage a lot of conversation, beyond "whoa" and "that was stupid." ;)

Thanks kino, I thought that your description perfectly described the link. Thanks for not making a drawn out, self important rant about the beauty of the symbolism of the human headed rabbits turning somersaults in a field. It's Friday, ain't got shit to do, take a chill pill people, if you want to be entertained by strict rules and homogeneous guidelines, go flip on your NSYNC CD.

Lotta agression, here and in Metatalk. Myself, I like a little anarchy sprinkled in. Keeps it interesting. Lighten up, everyone. It's Friday. Long weekend. Jerry's kids!

daveadams.. if your such an expert on metafilter/talk etiquette you'd know that post above belongs in the thread that's just linked to it.. ie - the metatalk one. i'll just quickly answer the bit concerning me saying 'moaning arse' tho.. it's not an insult - but an accurate description of behaviour directly previous to it.
For everyone who enjoyed the link and never got caught up in the crap.. glad u liked (and thanx:)
