I am glad for her. That really would have been the ultimate slap in the face. Lose your husband, and the get kicked out of the country for it.

Yes, this is nice to see. It adds back just a tiny bit of respect and confidence that I have in the INS (not to say that they do not have a long way to go).

And don't let anyone give you crap for posting this on the front page monkeyJuice. I wouldn't have found out about it any other way.

Looks like we need to still get the government to ease off on jacking 60% of the death benefits. I mean, we're trying to collect all this money to help the survivors - how bout in addition to that some amnesty on their benefits.
