When I was 19, I concentrated on dating, parties, and occasionally my college courses...not being the mayor of a small town in Pennsylvania!

PA seems to be having a run of young mayors lately. There was another one this year near my hometown.

Kwame Kilpatrick, while not quite as young as the men previously mentioned, recently took office here in Detroit. At 31, he's the youngest mayor ever elected. I'm 30. God, I'm such a slacker.
