Can you die of an Adrenaline overdose? I'd had to see the blood level of adrenaline in Bush and Gore right now. But there's an advantage [more]
(That should have been "I'd hate to see the blood level etc.")
It turns out that during birth, babies have blood levels of adrenaline which in an adult would lead to heart failure. The reason is that it increases their tolerance to carbon dioxide dramatically, thus getting them safely through those periods when the umbilicus is blocked.
So if either of these guys is having a hard time breathing regularly from the tension, adrenaline may be saving them.

Woah, what's with using first names here? :)
(yeah, I know I called you steven, but it's part of your nick)
To be back ontopic....
I saw Bush on NBC when he was ranting about them calling Florida "too early", he looked calm on the outside, but I bet both front-runners are wearing X-tra Strength Depends.

How did you post something to Metafilter without a link in the first word/s?

There is a "URL" and a "Link title" field. Don't put anything in either of them, and start typing in the "Description" field.

"Adrenalin". Tradename for norepinephrine. No 'e' at the end. (At least acccording to Spider, and I can't imagine him being less careful than the Admiral in his fact checking on a throwaway point like that.)
