I wouldn't normally post a job announcement URL here on MetaFilter, but this one is different because it may be every young web jedi's dream. Industrial Light and Magic is looking for web and database people. Can you imagine the street cred you'll have when you get to build the pages for the SW movies and trailers months before anyone gets to see them? I wonder if Lucas would force you into some sort of solitude, so you wouldn't leak any juicy info to others.
Lucas probably pays very well...I've never heard Doug Chiang or David Dozoretz complain about it. What I'm concerned about is what Lucas would ask of them, and what they would have to sign to be part of the group. A lot of people have left Lucasarts (the software company) by the dozens.

It all started when Lucas yelled out "We need more Jar Jar Binks"

From what I've heard (I have friends there in various groups), Lucas pays at/below average. On the other hand, their work environment is seriously kick-ass, and, of course, you get to be involved in all sorts of movie stuff. Also most of the people there are pretty damn sharp, which is always nice.

That may be great, but if working in Heaven means that I would have a problem supporting my family, I'm not sure I would do that.
Of course, working on a ranch must be delightful.
