Ever wanted to get lost in a piece of art or feel like you're inside an anime? LA-based art duo kozyndan posted an immersive "VR" experience of their 2009 Miyazaki-esque piece "Nakano In Spring". (More info on the original piece is here)

Mostly posting this because I spent 15 minutes scrolling around staring and zooming in on everything... this is so lush.

Wow, this is really weird for me, I lived in Nakano for five years.
It's true that the pink monleys were annoying in the spring.

I lived in Nakano, too! Though it's actually undergone some major renovations since this artwork. Which is pretty cool, btw.
