This mainly reminded me of how much I miss the New Romantic thing and Adam and the Ants in particular.

Also, in 1990, Israeli-American rabbi and militant ultra-nationalist Meir Kahane was shot to death in a second floor lecture hall of a Manhattan hotel after giving a speech. The assassin, El Sayyid Nosair, successfully made his way downstairs and out of the hotel to the street, where he attempted to commandeer a taxi. At that point he was confronted by a passing postal police officer who took a bullet in the chest before shooting Nosair and successfully placing him under arrest.

Don't fuck with the postal service.

If the actors in the Dick Turpin video look familiar, it's because most of the Horrible Histories cast went on to write and star in the multi-award-nominated BBC sitcom Ghosts.
