Anar did a campaign advertizing the number, but were facing a problem where they did not want potential aggressors to see that a kid was even looking at the ad.
The solution was using Lenticular printing [wiki] on street signs."

They calculated the average height of a 10 years old kid and planted a message only seen when looking at the poster from that height.

That is great. I was going to say that I was a little dubious, since you can usually see flickers or reflections of the alternate images in most lenticular printing, but the change here is so subtle that I think it might work.

Don't think that's going to happen. People are really good at not thinking about what they'd have to make an effort to remember might be there even though they can't see it.
I'm more worried about advertising jumping on this in an effort to market to children without their parents being aware of it.

No. Watch it be rendered useful, but for other purposes. Advertising one message to adults and another to children on the same sign would seem to permit all sorts of skullduggery.

What do you see if you happen to fall between those heights? For example, if you're 1.55m (average of the adult height (1.75m) and child height (1.35m))? Is the child-height info only partially visible?

I still remember the number for the Kids Help Phone in Canada. 1-800-668-6868. That was drilled into us on TV commercials, in school, and on payphones (when those existed in non-trivial numbers)

OMG do you remember the traumatic commercials for the Kids Help Phone in the 90s? There was that one where they just showed quotes from calls to the KHP, including one from a 4-year-old asking "How do you do suicide?" That still haunts me.
