That reminds me of the dude that would take the dirt found in the sidewalks of 5th avenue 47th street, then mine the gold/diamonds from it. Mostly, it was from jewelry.

This is fun. Not sure what he'll do with those industrial diamonds, but the idea is cool.

Okay, I was expecting actual dogs, based on the title of this post. No dogs.

As for the diamonds, I wasn't expecting their colour to be so strong and saturated. Based on others I've seen, I thought the industrial grade diamonds would be that cloudy yellowish grey you see in really poor quality so-called jewellery grade diamonds. The recovered stones were closer to high-grade canaries in terms of colour. Sure they weren't clean, so their inclusion grade would be low, but I really thought they would have found their way into the jewellery pile instead of the industrial pile.
