Richard in Hats

Want to see Richard in a hood with buckles? How about Richard in a yellow snood? Would you like to see Richard in a muffin bonnet? Have you ever wondered how Richard readies for the weather?

There's fourteenth century hats, bowler hats, bicornes (with instructions), and helmets. There are so many hats, too many to list here, but Richard wears them all.

Richard and I have the same mugging for the camera faces. I can only envy his taste in head gear.

I though Richard would turn out to be a dog or maybe a cat, perhaps a guinea pig at a stretch. These are, however, charming.

dude can sport a hat though hoping for a cat that can pitter-patter the hat rack.

I, too, thought this would be hats on a different, erm, "Richard." Would I have an easier time with that white, bald Richard in... "Native American Headgear," "Oriental Hats," "Rastafarian Hats," and the like? It's unlikely.

I'm conflicted because I love hats and learning about new ones, but also feel slightly weird about pictures of this white dude in traditional hats from other cultures, especially ceremonial ones,worn solely here, it would seem, as a costume. It's a pretty tricky area that I actually don't know how to resolve. Maybe would have been better if he had also included some pics of people from those cultures wearing the hats? I dunno.

Don't get me wrong, I do like the hats tho

OTOH, he does appear to be generally pro-hat of all shapes, sizes, and forms. At some point you run out of white person hats and have to branch out.
