Paper architecture (the name for this stuff) is also known as "origamic architecture".
Some famous artists in this realm include Ingrid Siliakus, Ramin Razani, and the late Masahiro Chatani (who invented the origamic architecture name.)
I've not seen Bryan Peele before, but big thanks for the tip! I'll add him to my list :)
