Kenneth Robinson is using a little-known and little-used loophole in the law, called adverse possession, to take over a $300K McMansion in Texas. Normally referred to as "squatter's rights," the loophole is becoming more popular as foreclosures rise and homes sit vacant for longer periods of time.

I found the key to this post. I filed with the state of Texas and paid $16 to own it. You can buy it for $150,000. It's a sweet deal.
