Violence by black flash mobs in American cities

"The country is so angry now that it would not take much more than the right butterfly in the right place to take us to the next stage of struggle over the Great Society legacy." Walter Russell Meade reports on a disturbing trend in the US--violence and theft by flash mobs of young black males in Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Chicago, Washington and Las Vegas--that is underreported by the media. He connects it to a desperate need for post-Great-Society policies that address the fear, fury, and needs of minorities, immigrants, and whites alike.
