Vintage meezers. NSFW.
Now someone needs to do a Vintage Maine Coons one. I nominate Greg Nog.

Because I'm apparently 15, I clicked the "nude" tag. I am surprised that there are 5 different photos of nude women hanging out with Siamese cats on this site.

For the record, this is the first time I've ever given a thumbs up to a lolcats post.

My former roommates had a Siamese. She was hell bent on world domination. Even had her own minion to mastermind over, in the form of a not so bright orange tabby tom who suffered from variable gravity. One time, we heard a crash from the kitchen and found him on the counter looking at the floor where he'd knocked a plate off and shattered it, and she was watching him, looking on in a sort of smug astonishment as if she was thinking, "Yeah, I told him to do it, but I didn't think he had the mental capacity to actually follow through with it."
Other times I'd catch her practicing her evil looks in the mirror. We'd always tease her about that because she could only keep it up for so long before lapsing back into Siamese cross eyed-ness.
And then there were the demands. She'd insist on ice-water in the bowl during the summer months, even though she'd fish the icecubes out and bat them across the kitchen floor until they melted. And if a moth ever got into the house, we'd have to shoo it off of the ceiling down to where she could actually have a chance of hunting it, because she was afraid of heights.

This is one of the strangest sites I've seen in some time. I have no idea how these people got their cat stuck on their door, or why.

What is with the bathing in a wok?. I know the cat is "Siamese", but really. Mind you, I'll note there is no snarky caption on that one....

I am fascinated by what people say about siamese cats. I come from a place where, when I was young, they were seriously cranky, even violent, in general and by reputation. Then I moved to NYC, and every siamese I met there was sweet and cuddly, even docile.
At the bottom of page 2 you will find the beautiful Elizabeth Montgomery. She was in fact far more beautiful than was generally let on about.

Ahh, proper Siamese, before they were bred to be all spindly-legged and pointy-faced. My first cat (37 years ago) was a purebred Siamese, elegant and poised and yet still solid. Playful, could be taken out on a leash. Unearthly vocalising. She was awesome.

Loud? Oh my yes they can be loud. When I was a little kid our new Siamese kitty promptly went into heat and started howling for a man 24/7. Then she somehow got stuck up in a tree just outside my bedroom window (why we let a cat in heat outside I am not sure). For several days she was stuck - would not come down. No man, no food, no courage to come down, just that voice, oh that voice. No one in the neighborhood slept, especially me, and the kitty. Eventually the fire department came and rescued her and my mom had to bake them a thank you cake. She remained a psycho cat, even after we had her fixed, but I loved her. I've always had a thing for psycho women I guess, they just seem to go well with my own psycho tendencies....

Fantastic work on this site!
Siamese are the greatest cat breed ever in my opinion. I like the traditional kitties, not so fond of the modern meezers.
They get a bad rap because of their talkative nature and their tendency to want to dominate the household, but I have a 12-year old meezer, Mookie, who is the friendliest, most lovable kitty I've ever met. He loves meeting new people, gets along fine with my other 3 cats, and is on my lap so often we might as well be surgically attached. He 'meeps' a bit when he's looking for food or attention but it's never over the top.
If you don't own a Siamese, you should probably get one.

Greatest cat I've ever known was the Siamese we had when I was a kid, he was my mother's darling and he stalked the neighborhood like Bill the Butcher in the Five Points. A really sad day when Mom told she had him put down.

I had no idea what a "meezer" was, and when I found out I thought that the NSFW tag was a mistake, and when I found out that the NSFW tag wasn't a mistake I had no idea that the main thing I'd take away from this tumblr was "Holy crap, that is one big wok."

I still miss my grouchy, goofy, smelly old Siamese, Sam, who has been dead since 1994.
Also, the woman in the big wok is early Playboy model Marguerite Empey.
