Ugh, I am totally the obnoxious person who does leg bends while waiting for my toast to ...toast.

Although that's more my twitchy impatience than anything else.

My current pop culture training goals is to consistently pass the FBI academy test because damnit I should be at least as fit as Clarice Starling.

Now, if I only knew HOW to do any of these exercises, I could be the next Charles Atlas.

Holy crap, these are awesome.

See also the Nerd Fitness "Star Wars" workout for aspiring Jedi athletes.

I kind of want to make some of these for my own pop culture favorites. I'm not much of a superhero guy, but a "Watchmen" workout might be kind of horrible in an amusing way.

Where's the Idiocracy workout?

They start out good and get more ridiculous as you go down the page. The Flash workout? The Flash doesn't have to do shit, he's just fast.

I'm doing the Green Lantern workout, furrowing my brow to make a mental construct of a giant fist.

wouldn't that actually be a charles atlas workout?

realistically an Iron Man workout would have more boxing, jumping, and high-functioning alcoholism.

Will this actually make me a better stormtrooper? I suspect these exercises will affect my ability to fire effectively.

Flex Mentalo, surely.

A: No, you will continue to be unable to hit anything due to poor helmet visibility and armor articulation. It will help you build the balance and stamina you need to comb the sand for droid parts on a desert world.

I find your lack of muscle definition... disturbing.

Damn, went 508 between me checking out the Wolverine workout and going to back to check out the rest. Gah, apologies for this setback in your exercise program, friends. (the Wolverine one looked really cool!)

We're soaking in it.

Nevermind, they're back and I seriously love them. Batman would absolutely do situps where he punches at the end. The Wolverine, the Bane and the Gladiator ones are headed for the printout and the workout rotation immediately. I would 100% read that comic.

And where's the Wonder Woman workout? Half the time she is depicted, she's usually doing some sort of physical training or exercise. I mean, she is the embodiment of Olympian athleticism after all.

Maybe I'm not the right audience for it, but I can't seem to find the connection between the workout and its name...

I am looking at the logos and wondering when the Cease & Desist Letter-Opening Workout is going to begin. Lift the letter! Cut the seal! Open the letter! Bend to the trash! Repeat!
