maybe its not clear, but it's not really stop motion - the cake isn't modified during the video. it's just decorated like a zoetrope, and then photographed so that each frame is aligned correctly.

Just amazing and while a fully appreciate things like this there's a point in food art where I sort of home that they use bad tasting chocolate because it's just too cool to eat. It's really nice to have food that is appealing but sometimes so much effort for a quick chomp and burp and it's done seems to miss the point.

Aah, I was going to put this film or a related one in a festival and it fell through for some reason, maybe because it wasn't going to be done in time or something, I forget. So happy to see the whole thing! Yes, rymdmaskin, his films always remind me of PES too.
