This is neat, both as a toy and as a work with deeper meaning. You don't know where the other "clicks" are coming from or what effect your clicks have, and it recreates the disorientation of surveys and quizzes we encounter everywhere online. I remember being startled when someone pointed out to me that clickbait surveys---"What pizza topping will you be reincarnated as?"---are just designed to gather delicious, delicious marketing data. No one cares what pizza topping you are.

It got more fun when I stopped making choices and instead started following someone else's cursor around. Hopefully I creeped out a few people.
