These are terrific. Of course, I always assumed my cats were talking about me, but who knew the entire animal kingdom? This dog one in particular strikes me as very funny.

Animals talking is indeed a well-loved subject of comics. As such, some of these are familiar and some are fresh. (I've heard the "cacophony of mating sounds" premise from #1 a lot, but he adds some style.) In general, author does well by varying his approach to "talking animals" a good amount.

Louis CK does a good bit on shark fins that's the same joke as above.
