That "Baby Got Back" video may be the greatest thing I've ever seen in my entire lifetime. Except, perhaps, for the musical version of Silence of the Lambs.

There's a couple of doubles in here.
That and Baby Got Back could use a more work from the chorus...
And so say his sisters and his cousins and his aunts,
His sisters and his cousins,
Who he reckons now by dozens,
And his aunts!

Is it just me, but does Jonathan Coulton's version sound like Baby Got back set to the tune of Puff the Magic Dragon? (Parts 1, 2, and 3)

Thanks, bob sarabia. The extra white space at the end is introduced by the way HTML is parsed in comments and posts. In this case, I used an unordered list, which introduces a line break or a paragraph tag at the end. Please accept my apology for littering on the front page.
Cold Chef, that site has lots of goodies, including G.I. Jew, a real American Hebrew.

Of the choices provided, the only one that interested me enough to click through was George W Bush Role Playing: Screw America and that in itself is a mildly disturbing discovery I just made about myself.

The Baby Got Back video is fan-fucking-tastic. How does one a) come up with the idea b) recreate the song in a new style and then c) cut scenes to match the joke in your head?
Whoever came up with it is a freakin' comic genius.

I don't know if you were seriously responding to me me or not. If you are, I believe the preview button will show your post with the styling you've selected. You can edit it from there.
If your comment was made in jest, ok then.

The cancer flash made me laugh much harder than cancer ever should. I feel sorry for the kid who wrote it, but damn.
Especially, for example if you are in the most dangerous step of cancer and you already knew that you only had three weeks left, what are you going to do? Surely, you have to say, "I will do anything I want." , but you forget something. You are in the coma in the hospital and you are breathing slowly and you have oxygen on your mouth. You are waiting for death that is the answer.

bob sarabia, my comment wasn't made in jest. It's a bug or a feature in the code that parses comments and posts, not in the HTML itself. The bug/feature adds a paragraph or line break element to the end of some elements. It's not something I can fix with preview to the best of my knowledge. Though I saw this on preview, I still, perhaps stubbornly, used what I, perhaps erroneously, believed were the correct HTML elements. Either way, I agree: the extra white space at the end looks bad and I hope an admin will kindly remove it.
saraswati, that's what I get for not searching for the obvious. I searched for everything I could think of but the actual title of the movie. If Matt or Jessamyn read this, please save me further embarrassment and remove the Intonation list item.

sequential, I'm not introducing breaks, it's just the way the CSS cookies crumble. There's a big bottom margin on lists naturally in browsers, it's nothing I'm doing. I suppose I could declare a div for posts and then say that ul or ol things in a post get a bottom margin of zero.

Other than the original, the only version of Baby Got Back worth listening to comes from the incomparable Richard Cheese. [Warning: Direct link to mp3 which may or may not play a sample of the song I intend.]

Okay. That cancer video is so deep into should-not-be-funny-but-is territory it's almost unbearable. I'd love to believe it's real, but Pisit Pornkitti!? Can someone debunk this please so I don't be panic?

goodnewsfortheinsane, all references to Pisit Pornkitti on Google and MetaCrawler link back to the video. While not definitive proof, if there were someone named Pisit Pornkitti, we could expect to see references to that persons name other than those referencing the video. A search of the two names without the quotes also yields a similarly small set of results.
