Leap For It! The 2008 Slingshot Organizer, a staple publication of the Slingshot Collective based out of Berkeley, urges mass participation in Leap Day Action Night.

I might be more into this idea if the website was less obnoxious.
But I think it will take something greater than Leap Day to break people out of their daydreams.

Somebody gave me a Slingshot Organizer years ago and I loved it but forgot the name of the company and couldn't find another one. Thanks for reminding me.

And don't forget leap day critical mass in SF. It only happens once every 28 years (and even less frequently in Berkeley).
