PostIrony: hint - the dials go from 0 - 9. There's only one thing on the radio that can give you clues about numbers 0 - 9.

After the dial, not exactly sure how I got the second dial (top left component of the back). Was just circling around when it unlocked. Now trying to figure out "DANGER!"

Finally. I just had to step away and get distracted from it for a few minutes, and then it all clicked. Hooray ADD!!!

Sweet! I did it, and I hate puzzles. This required some insight, almost intuitive, and a lot of fiddling.
