Shhh, don't tell anyone about the Chinese property bubble. We need China's economy to power the rest of the world for at least the next decade.

Um, isn't their price the actual market value?

Sloppy writing - it is the Daily Mail, after all. Probably meant the historical market average over the previous decade.

Ummm, are they sure that those photos show what they say they show? As in, there may well be ghost cities but are google maps images the only source for these claims? Because pretty much any city looks dead when you take a still photo from outer space. I'm not trying to be facetious here: did I miss something?
