Joan Collins like Sinatra, Natalie Wood likes Elvis, Marc Bolan and the Beatles dig Dylan, Bjork and Patti Smith are into jazz, and Chewbacca listens to the soundtrack to Close Encounters of the Third Kind.

It says the Clinton was a photoshop. Does anyone know what the photoshop is? Looks to me like his head was pasted on yay but was it just a random John Doe with Clinton's head or something else?

Whoops - that was supposed to have two links to Martin Freeman hanging out with his vinyl—hence the "moar."

This is a regular feature in Record Collector, though it's focused on music folks rather than celebs in general. I especially liked Alex Paterson's feature, because the KLF section of his collection stood out like a sore thumb. ♥

This blatantly appeals to a non-essential aspect (vinyl records) of something important (music), and I love that single aspect so much. I'm sure this fits the definition of fetish pornography.

The overwhelming message I got from it is that vinyl dates you (which isn't exactly a deep or controversial message, but it presented powerfully).
With a few exceptions, these people grew to love vinyl when it was either The Future, or Just The Way Things Are Done.

If you like pictures of people with records, there are hundreds more in the Put the Needle in the Groove series at the Farbror Sid blog. Many of them are also at the site swift links to above (and many are also NSFW).

No. This is famous people hanging out near some records, sometimes as props for photoshoots, sometimes in record stores, sometimes theirs but in the background and inscrutable.
Does not do what it says on the tin and if it did it woulda been so cool.

The Cramps basement does indeed look like a used record store, and they discuss their collection at length in ReSearch: Incredibly Strange Music.

Thankfully, Bill Clinton was not one of those people.
