Assassination in Beijing?

Kim Jong-un showed a different public face than his father. Now there are rumours exploding on weibo and twitter that he has been assassinated in Beijing. Was his brother correct or are rumours just rumours?
This post was deleted for the following reason: Maybe let's wait until we're out of rumor territory on this. -- cortex
Lots and lots of rumors, I support this post.

I think the fact that these are rumors at all, that there are so many, and the links to the articles about the other brother make this pretty interesting and a worthwhile post. (especially since the rumors are clearly stated as such and clarified as unlikely in at least on of them)

If he was assassinated in China, rumors are all we're going to get until the Chinese government decides otherwise.

Yeah, as much as I'm not a fan of N.Korea's series of leaders, this cannot Wendell at all (if any of it is true).

It took a week or so for confirmation of Kim Jong-Il's death to be made public. And in that case there was a succession plan.

Really ? A post about a rumor ?
Actually more fascinating if untrue. The way this is spreading is amazing.

You know, I always wondered how long China was going to put up with N.K. Of course, no N.K party line is going to admit someone just died, or was part of a coup, or fled, so "assassination" might be a convenient cover.
