Really nice. The Browse feature is extremely useful for flipping through specific eras.

This is wonderful! I've been looking for something exactly like this. Thank you for posting it.

This is very cool, but I wish there was something similar for men's clothing. (There probably is, but I don't know about it.)

My mouth is watering just looking at these. I can't imagine wearing them for anything else but posing for a portrait as they look so uncomfortable, but how luscious the fabric and how intricate the design! Can you imagine going through the day in stays and a bustle?

Well, apparently I need to check the tags more closely next time. There's way more men's clothing there than I thought.

My own grandma was born in 1889 in rural Clayton County, Iowa. I have lots of family photos received through her. I assure you people dressed this way in the 19th century. It was the norm. Furthermore, remember clothing was made by hand sewing -- not sewing machine. You can see that in the closeups of many of these items. One more tidbit for you: Grandma told me that all women in her youth in northeast Iowa washed their hair only once per month. This was the norm in the 19th century in rural America. They thought nothing of it.
