Radio Free Gunslinger

Radio Free Gunslinger is a music podcast by the blog If Charlie Parker Was a Gunslinger, There'd Be a Whole Lot of Dead Copycats (previously)
A guided tour through the chthonic regions of 20th century Western culture and the society it reflected. At least that's what it says on the wrapper.
The only podcast I've ever listened to is the MeFi one, and really only because I can get to it through MetaTalk. Not much of a podcast sort I guess.
But I will listen to the hypothetical Gunslinger. Oh yes.

OK, I finally listened to the entirety of the first podcast today (and I'm really very excited that there's a second one now) and it is fucking brilliant. It's basically the epitome of what a music mix should be, in my opinion. The Ayler interview is hilarious and fascinating and brilliantly integrated with the song sequences. The songs themselves are surprising, listenable, and, as with all things ICPWAGTBAWLODC, impeccably curated. Thank you so much for this link!
