Federation of American Scientists hacked? The home page appears to be. But not the terrorism military aircraft pages I was seeking.

The site map can be used in the mean time to navigate around the FAS.org site. It seems only the index page was altered.

Well, it looks like they're on it. It was all white, three lines, something like: "Stop bombing. Stop killing. Save my homeland. Pakistani."
