Maybe not safe for those who have loved a grandmother and a cat and miss them both. Beautiful, surprisingly moving pictures.

Wow, I'm on hold with Time Warner Cable and this still made me squee. Pretty sure this deserves an award of some kind.

Great photos.... thanks, I missed it the first time.
But, if you want "odd eyed"...here ya go...my bi-eyed Husky in crazy dog mode (and in cute puppy mode).

I like how the photographer was in her "everything is better in b&w" stage when the kitten was found. It's encouraging to see how much she has progressed and now is getting recognized for her work.
Thanks for sharing. This is so amazing and heartwarming. I feel like I just got a warm hug for my psyche.

Oh wow, these are wonderful: more than just 'the photographer's grandma', they're almost the embodiment of grandma-ness.... my own grandma died 35 years ago, and she certainly wasn't Japanese, but I swear I see can her in several of these pictures.

The Father-Christmas-with-reindeer picture was presumably taken before the traditional KFC dinner.

I have seen citrus fruit (mainly oranges I think) in soaking tub situations, perhaps predominately a Japanese thing?
