Can someone explain what happens at 0:48? I can hear (at least) two "trumpets". I think there might briefly be three. Is she using some looping device?

Can someone explain what happens at 0:48? I can hear (at least) two "trumpets".I was confused by that too. After hearing it a few times, I'm convinced the lowest note is the "trumpet" and the other note is actually strings. If you watch Denise Reis' fingers, it looks like she's playing it herself.

Love the bit of the Get Smart theme at the end, and yes she is definitely creating a parallel line with the guitar at 0:48.
