You can control how drunk Moones are in their newest music video for Better Energy. (SLYT, enable youtube annotations)
...they don't mean 80 beers per person, right? Because. Yeah.

Also I think it's more interesting that you can change the camera angle.

I found this highly entertaining. My, but those Brits can knock them back! I've put away that many in a night before, and all I did was livetweet watching the Dolly Parton/Queen Latifah vehicle 'Joyful Noise.'
*sits back, waits for parade of dour comments about how this is not funny at all and is a sign of the decline of society and alcohol abuse and hipsters and youtube and etc etc etc*

I assume that the count is total, meaning that they had sixteen beers each. That's not an unreasonable amount if you're talking a low alcohol content beer. I see that the singer gets a little slappy with his bandmates at sixteen, I guess we all have our limits, I tend to get kissy with dudes at like five but what can you do

You know, it's really sad the way alcohol has come to abuse my youtube these days.
Won't somebody think of the hipsters!?

In the end, I'm not sure the execution was that great, and maybe it's just my affinity for choose-your-own-adventure novels coming through, but I really like the concept a lot. Very clever and creative.

I love this video, in how they utilized youtube's annotation system (the camera angle feature alone kind of blew my mind), but I'd love to see a smoother application! Using different technology, like programming languages Processing or MAX, I'm picturing instantaneous cuts, or fades, etc. Very inspirational- thanks.

I had no idea annotations could be made to link to "1:30 ahead of the current point" rather than just "2:45".
That is far and away the most interesting part of this, how it skips forward not just to the beginning of the song at the next camera angle or level of inebriation, but to the exact point you were at.
It makes me think you could possibly make a long youtube video that was essentially a sampler/looper and let you "build" a song in a choose your own adventure way, or many other interesting things...

Funny idea. I always found that two pints was the Goldilocks amount to down before going on stage. Any less than that and I'd be in danger of insufficient looseness. Any more and I'd be in danger of... well, you've all watched the video.

Man, that bass player really needs to stare hard at his fretboard, doesn't he?

What I've learned from this: Every band should shoot their videos drunk. But they should record the music sober.

What I've learned from this: I don't think I've been Keyboardist Drunk in over a decade. Also, Getting Old might just be the massive hangover from that rippling ahead through the time stream.
