You know, it's only 2002 on the Cartesian calendar. It's 5762 on the Hebrew calendar. ;)

Now that it is no longer 2001 in any timezones, it is safe to say that Pan Am didn't fly in 2001. I wonder what other prophecies from 2001: A Space Odyssey*, or elsewhere, that never came true?

it is safe to say that Pan Am didn't fly in 2001.
Sorry, but, while you won't find Pan Am running space shuttles, you could have flown Pan Am from Portsmouth, NH to San Juan, PR just last week.
