The East Coast knows...

The East Coast knows... Survivor Africa is over. You may not have noticed it ever starting...
But Kim, Lex, Ethan, or Tom won.
I'll let someone else spoil the surprise for those West Coast viewers.
Also, you missed two solid hours of The Family Guy - a show that packs more entertainment into the first five minutes than the entire season of Survivor.

So why don't you post a Family Guy on the Front Page and talk about it there?

Entirely predictable.
Burnett was petrified that one of the mall rats would win, so he stacked the deck against them pretty early on. In doing that, he simply handed an overwhelming advantage to the core alliance on the other team (ie: Lex/Tom/Ethan/MamaKim). No one should act surprised that they wound up as the final four. Hard to lose when the producer is on your side.
If anything in the show was even *mildly* interesting, it was watching Burnett do editing room gymnastics to make it look like there was suspense when none actually existed. Pretty pathetic.

I didn't watch any of this season until tonight.
But I'm a "only watch the Super Bowl" kinda guy.
I *really* liked it.
I even liked the dancing with the tribesmen.

Because we don't need a front page full of threads about people's who likes what television shows... duh.

Not entirely. Once Kim won the final immunity challenge, I figured she had the $1M in the bag--she seemed more likeable than either Lex or Ethan. But then, I only watched the last two episodes.

Did you notice that in all 3 series that the person who won the last immunity challenge (and ultimately got to pick their opponent for the final two) ultimately lost every time.
I have watched all 3 Survivor series fairly religiously, but neither of the last two were nearly as great as the first one. If you're looking for the most compelling reality TV, you should watch The Amazing Race next time it is on.
