A three donkey race

Racing donkeys seems inherently cruel. Not as bad as a dogfight, but if donkeys liked to race each other what happens in that video would not happen.

So that would be one "Down with this sort of thing!" placard for you, then?

Perhaps, bukvich, you could elaborate upon the signs of stress you saw in those donkeys. Given that one went foraging in the bushes, and another (spoiler!) tried to mate, they didn't look all that unhappy to me.

Well they were being continually whacked with sticks for one thing.

The one and only time in my life I ever rode a horse, she seemed keenly aware of my rosy red nubeness and repeatedly tried to brush me off by riding off the trail against trees and into bushes. I doubt very much that was foraging.

whacked with sticks....NO! They are NOT beating the donkeys...it is more whisk to the backside and doesn't harm the little fellow. This did me a great amount of good. Seeing a little town come together for an ageless tradition...all in fun for shits and giggles. MOER PLZ!

I'm wondering how much of the £40 "sponsorship" money went to beer?
