Americans to arrest Karadzic soon...
US intelligence officials and commandos have found Balkans war crimes suspect Mr Radovan Karadzic and he will be arrested soon, the Nezavisne Novine newspaper said today.

Fuck that - let's bomb him. Then arrest him. But only once we've put him in a silly-looking red jump suit, blindfolded him and stuck a golf ball in his mouth.
