So for a non-native speaker, what British dialect do you need to speak to make "Ivor Bolokov" sound like anything related to one or more missing bollocks?

Almost all British and British-derived accents drop terminal r's; most of Canada and the USA are anomalies in English in that regard. So 'Ivor' would, in a lot of places, sound roughly like 'Ivuh.' Terminal v's in Russian, if I've got it right, should really be pronounced somewhere between 'v' and hard-f anyway.
