Mistakes were made - a Viennese snippet of Jerome Robbins' The Concert (or The Perils of Everybody) (wiki)
I find the second clip incredibly creepy, what with all the manipulation of otherwise totally inert and inanimate women. I am wondering if it's at all a parody of Balanchine's choreography/attitude towards women.

Lest you think Jerome Robbins is all goof, remember that he choreographed West Side Story, (and lots of other Broadway Shows), as well as a ton of classic ballets for New York City Ballet which are still being performed as part of the repertory, things like Fancy Free, Dances at a Gathering, and Moves.
