I don't watch network tv much, but they're seriously still airing shows in which the characters have catchphrases? What? I mean, even parodies of sitcom catchphrases are so 90s.

I encountered "bazinga" on a shirt or something before ever seeing Big Bang Theory, so I had no context. My immediate impression was that it was a Poochie-scenario, manufactured by a gaggle of middle-managers to sound young and hip.

The asker meant Au Bon Pain.

Naturally, we now call all Au Bon Pains "the Bing Bang Bong."
