Missing Schüss, the stylized skier, or Mikhail Potapych Troptygin, the bear cub?

Missing Schüss, the stylized skier, or Mikhail Potapych Troptygin, the bear cub? Pick your favorite designs from the Olympic mascots, logos and torches at the
Olympic Almanac. The pickings are slim.
For me, I like 1980 (logo), though having just seen the 2004 logo for the first time, I might have a new favorite. The mascot is clearly the Dachshund. Helsinkin '52 has my favorite torch.
Oh, I always enjoy the google interpretations of popular events/holidays/etc.

I like Waldi, too, because he just looks so....unexcited.

This is fun.
Torch: Either Moscow or Seoul.
Mascot (which is tough since olympic mascots traditionally suck): I like the dachsund, but I also find the Nagano "Snowlets" compelling.
Logo: Oddly, I like the ugliest one. Munich, '72. It just screams 1972, and I think its darkness unwittingly reflects the horror of those games.

Good point about the Munich games, jpoulos. I couldn't look at any of their designs without considering the tragedy. But as for the torches, I have to go with Barcelona and Sidney, for being the least Norse.
