Is there a term for something that you hate and continuously berate as being stupid (why is this timed? why are these colors so similar? that color blind mode doesn't even help!) while you continue to play it over and over again?

Just an FYI: I send invoices to all posters of compelling games billing them for my time spent playing the games they link to.
You can expect a bill in about a week.*
*I bill at a somewhat unreasonable rate, but for my friends on the blue, I'll cut it in half. I like you that much.

But sometimes the board is just bad, right? Like I might just be getting impossible boards, right? It's totally not my fault that I suck at this, and keep playing over, and over, and over again, right?

I think I am actually getting worse at distinguishing the pinky-orange from the orangey-pink and the grey-beige from the tan. I quit for now.

I feel like there could be more going on. I should get more points or bonus time for getting 3 or 4 blocks at a time, or maybe for getting multiple sets of the same color in a row. Maybe there could be bonus blocks or power ups or something. Right now it's just about how fast I can click, and there's a limit there. So there is just one way to play, which is fun, but that fun dries up fast when it starts to seem like even with practice I will never be able to beat the game as it is (or, once I do beat it, what then?). This has good potential, but it's too simple -- even for someone like me who loves simple games.

I kind of wish there were two game modes -- timed for "click fast and take your chances" and untimed for "strategize to find a way to remove all of the squares." I clearly am a slow clicker so I'll never get a high score this way, and I keep wanting to take more time to find the moves that will prevent you from having no moves later.

My eyes hurt. It might be my LED monitor, but I think it's the all white background + tiny squares/playfield + bright colored squares. I wish there were a black background and the play area was rescaled at least 2x what it is.

Nice concept and pretty well executed. The timer and the time-penalty for misclicking are there to get you to play again, which is too bad. I don't think they make the game more fun, just more addictive.

I'm guessing the mobile version is harder because the grid is smaller, so there are less things to pick off. Given the 'perfect' score (not emptying the board, but getting all possible combinations) can be under 100, this seems true. I doubt they intended it to be so. I bet someone who does math could figure this out.

I really wish they would make some updates to the game. I'd pay! The iPhone version is vastly inferior - vertical only, too easy to make matches, much shorter play time (45 seconds!?).
The iPad version is better, but I just prefer mouse clicking to tapping - it might just be my pad, but several times it's been totally unresponsive to my taps.
I'd love a game that COUNTS your time but lets you play until all moves are made. Then you could just try to beat your own time. Or a strategy mode where you try to make the most efficient moves (lowest number of moves to complete the board). Etc.
I've been getting 150s and 160s consistently, and I feel like I'm making matches very quickly and clicking almost non-stop. I'm not sure if/how the board can be cleared in 2 minutes!
